ADHD-friendly tools for those of us who need a bit of structure — but not too much, thank you very much.

So here we are. The kettle’s on, the affirmation cards are shuffled, and you’ve stumbled into the cosy (if slightly chaotic) corner of the internet that is Wild Mind Studios. Whether you’re neurodivergent, cycle-tracking, spiritually curious, or just a bit creatively frazzled — pull up a chair, you’re in good company.

🪄 Why I Started This Whole Thing

To tell you the truth, I never set out to be a productivity guru. I’m more “work in pyjamas until noon and forget I’ve made a brew” than “out the door by 6am for a spin class and a 12-step morning routine.”

But after years of trying to fit myself into systems that clearly weren’t designed for brains like mine (hi, ADHD and autism), I thought — sod it. I’ll make my own.

So I did.

Wild Mind Studios was born from a mix of frustration, hope, spiritual scribbles, and way too many half-finished notebooks. I wanted to create tools that work with your flow — whether that’s ADHD-friendly planners, printable affirmation cards, moon phases, menstrual cycles, or just your energy on a Tuesday afternoon.

📚 What You’ll Find Here (Besides Me Waffling On)

This blog will be home to all sorts of magic and mess, including:

  • Planners and tips for brains that refuse to follow the straight line

  • Musings on the moon, the seasons, and why you suddenly need to rearrange your kitchen at 2am

  • Gentle rituals for grounding when your thoughts feel like a glitter tornado

  • Honest reflections from someone who’s figuring it out as they go — just like you

And yes, there’ll probably be a fair bit of tea, stationery, and muttering swear words under my breath when the printer decides to play up — again. (Cue techy husband to the rescue!)

🌿 My Philosophy (If You Can Call It That)

Here’s the deal: I don’t believe in forcing things.

Not your body, not your creativity, and definitely not your to-do list.

What I do believe in is cyclical living, soft structure, and creating a life that supports your sensitive nervous system — instead of battering it into submission (like I used to!).

Healing, creativity, and focus aren’t linear.

They move in spirals — just like nature, just like us.
