The Creative Practice

I’m a visual artist working across photography, video, performance, and installation — led by the senses and rooted in emotional, embodied experience.

My work explores how we perceive the world through sound, touch, and sight — and how that perception is shaped by our inner landscapes: memory, emotion, attention, and nervous system response.

Drawn to overlooked moments and liminal spaces — the texture of a woodland path, the echo in an underpass, the sound of the sea with your eyes closed — I respond intuitively to environments, collecting imagery and sound to create layered works that feel both intimate and surreal.

Through abstract video, multi-sensory installation, and sound-based performance, I invite the viewer into an altered mode of perception. Meaning isn’t fixed — it’s something we discover together, through presence, curiosity, and feeling.
