Hi, I’m Amie —
Tea in one hand, planner in the other, and the slightly chaotic but very passionate brain behind Wild Mind Studios.
I’ve got a background in Fine Art, a toolkit full of Reiki and energy healing, and a brain that’s beautifully wired for depth, creativity and the occasional 2am hyperfocus spiral (cheers, AuDHD).
For years, I wrestled with systems that promised structure but delivered stress. Focus? Burnout. Productivity? Paralysis. Eventually I realised I didn’t need more pressure — I needed tools that actually worked with my mind, not against it.
That’s where Wild Mind Studios was born — not from a Pinterest-perfect productivity dream, but from a messy, honest need for support that feels like home.

Our Story:
Why I Created Wild Mind Studios
🌿 The Struggle: Feeling Stuck, Overwhelmed & Misunderstood
I created Wild Mind Studios and Wild Flow Coaching because I know exactly what it feels like to be stuck. Drowning in overwhelm. Misunderstood by a world that seems obsessed with one-size-fits-all systems.
As someone with ADHD and Autism (AuDHD), I’ve spent years trying to force myself into boxes that just weren’t built for brains like mine — boxes full of colour-coded routines, rigid planners, and advice that felt more stressful than supportive.
And when that didn’t work? I did what a lot of us do — I burned out.
I masked. I coped. I numbed out.
My journey through addiction and recovery completely reshaped how I view healing, self-growth, and what “progress” actually means.
🌀 A New Way to Heal and Work (That Doesn’t Make You Cry in Tesco)
Recovery taught me something vital:
Healing doesn’t come from more rules — it comes from more kindness.
Real support isn’t about discipline and timers. It’s about learning how your nervous system works, giving yourself breathing room, and building systems that move with you — not push against you.
For years, I tried every traditional planner and productivity hack under the sun.
But instead of helping, they left me burnt out, overwhelmed, overstimulated, or frozen.
(Shoutout to anyone who’s ever rage-cried over a “simple” to-do list.)
The cycle was relentless:
Hyperfocus → exhaustion → guilt → self-doubt → repeat.
I knew there had to be a better way.
✨ Blending Creativity, Spirituality & Flow-Based Tools
So, I started creating my own.
I pulled together the things that actually helped:
My Fine Art background (because creativity is medicine)
My training in Reiki and holistic healing
My love of mindfulness and energetic self-reflection
And a deep need for gentle structure that supports neurodivergent living
This turned into a growing collection of ADHD-friendly planners, affirmation cards, and spiritual tools — from moon cycle journals to mindful focus templates and intuitive journaling prompts.
Because real productivity isn’t about doing more.
It’s about feeling safe, trusting your flow, and reconnecting with yourself.

If I felt this lost and burnt out, I knew I couldn’t be the only one.
There are thousands of creatives, neurodivergent thinkers, and sensitive humans out there trying to live and work in a world that wasn’t designed for them.
So now, this is my mission:
