Once you’ve sent me a message, I’ll read it properly and reply within one to two working days, usually with a few questions so I can get a feel for your business and what you’re hoping for. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll have a relaxed call where you can tell me about your plans and ask me anything, and then I’ll send over a clear quote so you know exactly what’s included before you commit to anything.
