Before I touch a single page we talk through your vision, your clients and exactly what you need your website to do. You complete a detailed brief and I review your brand identity so I know your world completely before we begin.

I map out the page layout, structure and content hierarchy - what goes where and why. This is where we make sure the website works strategically, not just visually.

Your website is designed page by page - custom layout, brand colours, typography, imagery and copy all working together. You'll see designs before anything goes live.

Two rounds of revisions are included so we can fine tune until everything feels exactly right. You'll review each page and give feedback before we move to the next.

Final checks, domain connection, SEO setup and a full handover call so you feel completely confident managing your new website. Then we go live.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your start date. The remaining 50% is due on completion before the site goes live.

When I'm building your website using a brand identity I've already created, everything feels cohesive and intentional from the very first click. If you don't have a brand identity yet, Stage 1 of the Wild Mind Studios journey is Brand Identity Design - and many clients choose to do both together.

You provide a draft and I'll work with it - tidying, tightening and rewriting where needed so every page sounds like you and reads clearly. You don't need to be a writer. You just need to give me the raw material to work with.

Yes, completely. Squarespace is designed to be managed by non-technical people and I'll walk you through everything in your handover call. Adding blog posts, updating prices, changing images, all of it is straightforward once you know how. And if you ever get stuck I'm always happy to help.

Most projects are completed within 2-3 weeks from the point we have everything we need - brand identity, copy draft and images. The timeline depends on how quickly we move through the revision process together.

I can work with what you have - stock images, existing photos, anything that reflects your brand. But if you want images that feel completely cohesive with your new website, adding a brand photography session before the build makes a significant difference. See Stage 2 of the journey.

For wellness, beauty and creative businesses, almost always yes. It's intuitive, beautifully designed, handles e-commerce, booking systems and blogging, and doesn't require any technical knowledge to manage. The only time I'd suggest an alternative is if you need very complex custom functionality, but for most small businesses Squarespace does everything you need and does it beautifully.
