Once you've booked we'll have a pre-shoot consultation - by call or message - to talk through your brand, your vision and exactly what you need from the day. I'll send you a detailed shot list and styling guidance so you arrive feeling prepared, confident and excited rather than nervous.

I handle all the creative direction - where to stand, how to move, what to do with your hands. You just need to show up and be yourself. Most people forget the camera is even there within the first ten minutes. We work at your pace, take breaks when needed and make the whole thing feel easy and enjoyable.

Every image is professionally edited to feel consistent, atmospheric and completely on brand. Your colour palette, your mood, your world - reflected in every single shot. Clean, natural and beautiful. No over-filtered, overly processed results. Just images that feel genuinely like you.

Not at all - but if you have one, the shoot becomes significantly more powerful. When I can art direct around your specific colours, mood and visual identity the images feel cohesive and intentional rather than just nice photos. If you don't have a brand identity yet, Stage 1 of the Wild Mind Studios journey is Brand Identity Design - and many clients choose to do both together.

Honestly - most people say this before a shoot and forget about it within the first ten minutes. I handle all the direction so you never have to think about what to do with your hands or where to look. Ffion said she was usually awkward in front of the camera - read what she said above. You'll be fine.

I'll send you detailed styling guidance before the shoot covering colours, patterns and what works best on camera. As a general rule - wear something that feels like you, that you feel confident in, and that fits within your brand colour palette. We can talk through this in the pre-shoot consultation so you arrive feeling prepared rather than stressed.

On location - I travel to you or we find a location together that feels right for your brand. This could be your home, your workspace, a local park, a beach, a garden - wherever feels most authentic and aligned with your brand identity. I'm based in Wivenhoe, Essex and travel UK-wide with a mileage charge beyond 20 miles.

At least 40 professionally edited images from a half day shoot and 80+ from a full day. In practice it's often more - I'd rather give you plenty to work with than leave you short of content.

Yes - completely. All images are delivered with full commercial usage rights so you can use them anywhere, any time, for as long as you like. No attribution required, no additional licensing fees.

I typically book 2–4 weeks in advance. Get in touch as soon as you're thinking about it to check availability - popular dates fill up quickly especially in spring and summer.

We'll keep an eye on the forecast together and make a call a day or two before. If it's genuinely unusable weather we'll reschedule at no extra cost. Some overcast days actually produce beautiful soft light for portraits - so it's not always as bad as it looks. I'll always be honest with you about whether it's worth going ahead.
