For clients who want something truly one of a kind, hand drawn custom elements are available as an add-on. Before any of that happens I spend time really getting to know you, who you are, who your clients are, and what your brand needs to communicate, so the design comes from understanding, not guesswork.

A considered set of brand colours with exact hex, RGB and CMYK codes, paired with carefully chosen fonts that complement your logo and communicate the right feeling, with guidance on how to use them consistently everywhere.

Before any design begins I create a visual moodboard to explore direction and make sure we're completely aligned. This is where your brand starts to take shape, and where we catch anything that doesn't feel right before it goes further.

A beautifully designed PDF pulling everything together - your logo suite, colours, typography, usage guidelines and examples. So you always know exactly how to use your brand correctly, and so does anyone who works with you.

A set of editable social media templates built using your new brand identity, so you can create on-brand content immediately after launch without starting from scratch every time.

Two rounds of revisions are included so we can fine tune until everything feels exactly right. Additional rounds are available at £75 each if needed.

You receive your initial concepts and we fine tune together. Two rounds of revisions are included so we can get everything exactly right. Additional rounds available at £75 each.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your start date. The remaining 50% is due on completion before files are delivered.

Most brand identity projects are completed within 3–5 working days from the point of approval on the mood board stage. More complex projects or those requiring hand drawn custom elements may take a little longer. I'll always give you a clear timeline before we begin so you know exactly what to expect.

You'll complete a detailed brand questionnaire covering your business, your clients, your vision and any visual references you love. The more detail you give me at this stage the better - it's where the whole design process begins. You don't need to have everything figured out. That's what the discovery process is for.

Two rounds of revisions are included as standard so we have plenty of opportunity to fine tune until everything feels exactly right. In my experience if the questionnaire and mood board stages are done thoroughly the final designs land really well - because the design comes from understanding, not guesswork. If you need additional revision rounds beyond the two included, these are available at £75 each.

Yes - completely. Once final payment is received your brand identity is entirely yours. You'll receive all files in every format you need - AI, EPS, PNG, JPG and PDF - along with your brand style guide so you always know how to use everything correctly.

Getting it right first means your website, your photography and your social content all feel connected and intentional from day one.
