Both packages are invoiced monthly in advance. Cancellation requires one month's written notice after the minimum term.

At the start of each month I'll send you a short content brief to complete - any upcoming promotions, events, launches or key messages you want to cover that month. This keeps your content relevant and timely rather than generic. Takes you about ten minutes to complete.

I plan your full month of branded Instagram content around your brief, your business goals and what's performing well. Every post has a purpose - building brand awareness, driving traffic to your Squarespace website, generating enquiries or nurturing your existing audience.

Your branded social media graphics, captions, reels and story sequences are created using your brand identity - your colours, your fonts, your visual style. Everything looks cohesive and intentional because it's all built from the same brand foundation.

You review every graphic, caption, reel and story sequence before anything is finalised. One round of revisions is included so we can make sure every piece of content feels completely right - the right tone, the right visuals, the right message - before anything is delivered. Not at all, you don't need to have done your brand identity or website with me to book monthly content. You do need to have an existing brand identity though, because everything I create is built using your brand colours, fonts and visual style. If you don't have a brand identity yet, Stage 1 of the journey is Brand Identity Design - and many clients choose to do both together.

A short monthly brief - about ten minutes to complete - covering any upcoming promotions, events or key messages. For the reels you'll need to film your own clips following the storyboard I provide. Everything else is handled by me.

No, the content is created and delivered to you ready to post, but scheduling and posting is handled by you. This keeps your account authentic and in your control. I'll provide clear guidance on when and how to post each piece of content for maximum impact.

Three months minimum. This isn't just a business policy, it's genuinely the minimum time needed to build real traction and consistency on Instagram. One month of great content rarely moves the needle. Three months of consistent, on-brand content starts to build real momentum and audience trust.

Yes, after your initial three month minimum term you can switch tiers with one month's notice. Many clients start on Maintain to get a feel for the process and switch to Grow when they're ready to scale up.

Your contract rolls on month by month automatically. You can cancel with one month's written notice at any point after the three month minimum. No awkward conversations, no penalties, just one month's notice and we wrap up professionally.

Via a shared folder, all graphics as image files, captions as a document, reels as video files and templates as Canva links. Everything clearly labelled and organised so you always know exactly what to post and when.

The standard packages are built around Instagram - feed posts, reels and stories. If you also need content sized for Facebook, TikTok or LinkedIn, that's available as an add-on. Get in touch and we can put together a package that covers everything you need.
