Fear Released is an experimental video and soundscape that contrasts the chaos of sensory overload with the grounding stillness of nature. Created in response to the overwhelming sensations of city life, the piece invites the viewer into a personal space of emotional release.
Designed to be experienced outdoors with headphones, the work encourages active participation - blending the digital and physical world into one layered, immersive encounter. It’s not just a film. It’s a felt experience.

This piece began during a visit to London, where I experienced intense sensory overwhelm - the kind that builds quietly until your whole body feels wired. I created Fear Released as a way to process that overload, combining the harsh rhythms of the city with the soft refuge of the natural world.
It’s designed to be experienced in nature: through headphones, in solitude. The audience stands still, hearing the chaos of traffic, industry, and dissonance, while visually surrounded by trees, grass, sky. The clash between external calm and internal tension evokes a powerful shift in awareness.
