Welcome to Wild Mind Studios: Soft Structure for Neurodivergent Creatives

Hey, Welcome to Wild Mind Studios

Tools and support for the creatively wired, cyclically led, and beautifully uncontainable.

So here we are. The matcha's made, something's probably burning on a diffuser, and you've found your way to the little corner of the internet where structure meets soul. Whether you're neurodivergent, cycle-aware, spiritually curious, or just in the thick of building something and wondering why your brain works the way it does, you're in the right place.

Why I started this whole thing

I didn't set out to build a creative studio rooted in wellness, ritual, and radical self-honesty. Life had a different plan.

After years of trying to squeeze myself into systems built for other kinds of brains, and after a late-diagnosis that finally gave language to a lifetime of "why is this so hard for me", something shifted. I stopped fighting my own wiring and started building around it instead.

Wild Mind Studios grew from that shift. From the frustration and the healing and the notebooks and the moments of genuine creative fire. It's a space for branding, visual storytelling, and tools that take seriously the way you actually work, cyclically, intuitively, sometimes in bursts at 11pm, sometimes not at all for three days.

There's no 6am spin class energy here. Just honest, grounded support for the way your mind and body actually move.

What you'll find here

This blog will hold a mix of things:

  • Honest reflections on neurodivergent creative life and what it means to build a business on your own terms

  • Thoughts on cyclical living, ritual, and the kind of soft structure that supports rather than suppresses

  • Behind-the-scenes of the studio work, branding, photography, websites, and what it actually looks like in practice

  • Resources and tools for ADHD-friendly planning, affirmation cards, and working with your cycle rather than against it

  • The occasional moon phase observation, strongly-worded printer opinion, and northerner's quiet fury at unnecessary complexity

What I believe in

I don't believe in forcing things. Not your body, not your creativity, not your schedule.

What I do believe in is cyclical living. Soft structure. Creative work that comes from a grounded, nourished place rather than a depleted one.

The tools I make, the brands I build, the content I create, all of it is designed to meet you where you are and help you build something that actually feels like yours.

Whether you're journaling with the Wild Affirmation Cards, working with me on your brand identity, or just reading along for the ride, I hope it feels less like content and more like a conversation.

Healing isn't linear. Neither is creativity, or focus, or building a life you actually want. They move in spirals, like nature, like us.
